Preparing Collectibles and Valuables for Storage: Tips

I began collecting porcelain dolls when I was a young girl. My collection grew slowly as I received them as gifts as a child. When it came time for me to move out of the house as an adult, I realized that my collection would not fit into my new small apartment. While my parents offered to store my collection in the garage, I learned that the garage is the last place you should store valuables due to temperature fluctuations that can harm them.
